Vitamins are not medical treatment, they are just foods and dietary supplements. Vitanord, it’s staff members and other companies and individuals associated with Vitanord and this website are not medical professionals. The website and its products are not associated with curing illnesses.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION BY THIRD-PARTY SITES AND GOOGLE
Some of our sites contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy notices, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
Vitanord sites sometimes may offer contests, sweepstakes or promotions that are sponsored by or co-sponsored with identified third parties. By virtue of their sponsorship, these third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit to participate in the contest, sweepstakes, or promotion. Vitaking has no control over the third-party sponsors’ use of this information. We use “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. OUR COMMITMENT TO SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security and correctly use the information we collect online.
GDPR compliance
We collect only the minimal set of personal data that is required to deliver your order to you. We collect your physical address/delivery address for delivery, invoicing and tax purposes. We DO NOT collect your credit card data! All payments are proccessed securely by Quickpay.net.
We collect your email because we need to contact you regarding your orders, the status of the services, important functionality updates and, where you have consented to receive such communications, contact you with newsletters and promotions. We use cookies because they make it possibly the „Shopping Cart” function but we do not use cookies to geather any personal data for marketing purposes.
We don’t use any of the data collected for profiling or other secondary purposes and we do not sell it to anyone.
All our websites are hosted by SiteGround which is GDPR Compliant as well.
We use a third-party data proccessor: MailChimp to proccess customer emails for us, and only for with the approval of the customer. The customer can always unsubscribe from our mailing list anytime. MailChimp is also GDPR Compliant.
You have the right to ask for a complete report of the data we store about you. You can find under "GDPR Tools" - accessible after login. (Personal Data Report Request)
All data we need for delivering your package is handled solely by appointed Vitanord members whos jobs are to properly address your package so it arrives at your desired delivery address.
Your Right To Be Forgotten
Under the GDPR every customer could request “to be forgotten”, meaning all their data has to be deleted and never used again, except in certain circumstances, which may include having to keep processing your personal information to comply with a legal obligation. An example of such obligation is the requirement to keep a copy of all invoices to comply with financial and tax legislation.

PAYMENTS
We use 3rd party secure payment processor to pay with credit/debit card payment. These are secure sites and process your payment for us.
DELIVERY
We use the Danish or Swedish Postal service to deliver our product to you. Within Denmark and Sweden we deliver the product within 3-5 working days. Outside of Denmark international shipment times apply.
RETURN / REFUND
In case you do not receive the ordered goods from us we will refund the money paid. You have 14 days to change your mind on any purchase. If you would like to return the goods, you need to send it back to us on the below postal address. We only take back unopened packages. Once the package arrives back to us we will refund the money to your account.
